By downloading, installing, or using WeatherNavigator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WeatherNavigator is a weather-aware navigation app that provides route guidance with real-time weather conditions, forecasts, and an AI driving assistant (Skye). The App is designed to help drivers make safer, more informed decisions.
The App offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, free users retain basic weather risk information. Full access requires a paid subscription or lifetime purchase:
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions (Android).
All payments are processed by the platform's store: Apple through the App Store (iOS), or Google through Google Play (Android). We do not handle your payment information directly.
Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased through. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund through Google Play — see Google Play refund help.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial starts automatically on first launch. Each device is eligible for one free trial. After the trial expires, access reverts to the free tier unless a subscription or lifetime purchase is made.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a navigation aid. You must not:
WeatherNavigator is a navigation aid, not a substitute for driver judgement.
Skye provides weather commentary and driving suggestions using artificial intelligence. Skye's responses are generated in real time and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Skye's suggestions are advisory and do not replace driver responsibility.
Weather data is sourced from third-party providers including OpenWeatherMap, Open-Meteo, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, and the US National Weather Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather information. Always exercise caution in adverse conditions regardless of what the App displays.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Features that depend on network connectivity (weather data, AI responses) require an internet connection and may be unavailable in areas with poor coverage.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Symbiotek Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The WeatherNavigator name, Skye assistant, and associated branding are the property of Symbiotek Pty Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbiotek Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from reliance on weather data, navigation routes, or AI-generated advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
